Services Description

Sterling Bake Concepts provides custom baking services, including but not limited to custom cakes, artisan pastries, commercial baking solutions, and specialty desserts for businesses and individuals.

Order Policy

All custom orders require advance notice. Wedding cakes and large orders require a minimum of 2 weeks notice. A deposit may be required for custom orders. Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance for a full refund.

Payment Terms

Payment is due upon delivery unless other arrangements have been made. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. For commercial accounts, net 30 payment terms may be available with approved credit.

Limitation of Liability

Sterling Bake Concepts shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services.
